WHAT TYPE OF TIMBER DO YOU USE TO BUILD DECKS AND PERGOLAS?

It is often up to our clients based on the colour, texture and look they are trying to achieve, however, some sites are limited due to regulations such as bushfire. You may also opt to choose a composite timber deck which will require no miniatous, colour and texture choices will be limited with composite boards. WILL MY NEW DECK REQUIRE REGULAR MAINTENENCE?
